1. Planning/ Scheduling on JIT basis.2. Making weekly dispatch plan on basis of customer schedule.3. Tracking of Scheduling tracer on daily basis as per below assumptions :-a) Revised schedule of customer (E.g. variation in VW line on daily basis)b) Considering of transit time to dispatch the material for long distance shipment etc (Min. 4-5 days)c) Make buffer stock against contingencies.4. Track customer forecast vs. actual plan for our raw material procurement planning.5. Vendor development for VAVE & cost saving.6. Handling transportation and freight management.7. Making weekly coverage stock for all customers.8. Purchasing of general consumables, B.O.P. & Packaging items.9. Floating inquiries, getting quotations from vendors & making comparative chart of the quotations for new items. (E.g. New Development / Launch Product item) and making PI for amount less than Rs. 5000/-.10. Making P.O. in AS400 System 5 of above mentioned items. Also, I have knowledge of making P.O. in SAP version.11. Correlate of AS400 System 5 item codes to QAD item codes.12. Making estimate packaging & logistics cost for new parts enquiry by customer (RFQ)13. Putting online RFQ of MSIL for new development parts with sales team.14. Customer support activity for any dispatch/logistics/handling issue.15. Ensure timely dispatch with no complaint by customer16. Handling damages & customer complain due to logistics must be zero.17. Ensuring for no premium freight or make action plan for reducing it.18. Maintaining TS documents i.e. operational objectives, customer schedules, packaging instruction manual, packaging standard, contingency plan for packaging & logistics, FIFO & skill matrix of workers & training need identification.19. Member of safety team & Kaizen team20. Maintaining warehouse stock as per production plan of customer vs available & agreed space.21. Follow up with finance dep’t for timely payment of supplierS.

1. Purchasing of all general & consumable items like Diesel, Mig wire, Paint,Thinner, Adhesive, gases (CO2, O2, D.A., Argon) etc. and Capital Goods like motors, Laptops etc.2. To take physical stock of High Value Consumables items.3. To select the sources for repairing of all maintenance tools.4. To select the vendors for job work of components used in Seat.5. Inventory control & vendor development6. Making Material monthly requirement planning on basis.7. Getting quotations from vendors & making comparative chart of the quotations. The chart includes last price paid, name of the vendor who supplied last, delivery period and all components such as excise duty, sales tax, transportation charges etc.8. Releasing of P.O. production in SAP MM Module & AS 400 System 5 as per planning and indents.a) Knowledge of ERP (BAAN) & ORACLE Software also.Documentation work of Purchase Department to as per according ISO/TS-16949.Compiling weekly and monthly status of giving pending indents and the feed back to HOD Purchase.9. Co-ordination with up the vendors for follow materiala) Follow-up of material in time and delivery in time in right quantity.b) Local market purchases (Plant & Administrative purchases) at best price and right time.10. Co-ordination with taking feedback store for material receipt & follow up with accounts department for getting payments released.Issue of form-16 and form-38 vendors with the help dispatch to of accounts.

It is an automobile company & single source of Maruti Udyog Limited for sunvisors. The plant set up under technical collaboration with Happich-Germany. OEM Supplier of MSIL, Telco, Ford & Daewoo. The product ranges are Sunvisors, automotive Air Conditioner Parts, out side Door Handle.
