Primary focus is aimed at the use, knowledge and support of applications of main engineering software vendors available in the market (Hexagon, AVEVA, Autodesk, Bentley, Ansys, Aspentech, Schneider, others).I provide L3 support (troubleshooting, analyzing and correcting issues), support the software delivery and packaging team, license support, monitor software usage and work with vendor technical teams to understand and align roadmaps and to determine software requirements for both licensing and infrastructure.Reporting to Global IDS Engineering Systems technical leaders, my scope of work includes:* Collect software source files from editor support websites* Maintain media library * Install software in T.EN context for testing* Prepare installation procedures and requirement for packaging* Review with T.EN ES technical leaders priorities, documents and standards * Submit requests to packaging teams using T.EN selected methodology* Perform IDS tests and provide feedbacks* Monitor progress and SLA of packaging providers* Provide information to update or update CMDB (symphony) and SCCM catalog* Manage packaging requests in Service now.* Act as Global L3 support for Engineering Systems* Provide technical support to users, interacting with discipline leaders and superusers* Support for all Engineering Application issues, installations & performance/resource monitoring where required.* Ensure that support documentation is made available to L1 support teams and Service Desk* Manage and support application license servers, as possible, track license usage by application and location using T.EN tools and processes* Manage technical relationship with assigned software vendors* Understand vendor technical roadmaps and align to T.EN equirements (ie cybersecurity, enterprise architecture,…)* Participate as needed to IDS ES initiatives and IDS ES evolution Projects

For a big customer (I.N.P.S.) I used to manage server backup infrastructure for all the IT platform.Working in a team of dozens of colleagues with shifts to cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we used to maintain all servers backups using proprietary and commercial tools.We also were in charge of monitoring constantly the status of all the IT services with consolidates procedures to recover from system faults and disaster recovery.

At the headquarters of San Donato Milanese (MI) of British Telecom Italia SpA, on behalf of Hewlett Packard S.p.a., I managed Customer Care platform of Eni Gas & Power; the system was based on Microsoft platform and consists of 12 Windows servers in cluster configuration, and a Nortel Meridian Telephone Central.Having the role of referent I manage autonomously and exclusively this environment for all the management and technical aspects such as ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, backup strategies of the systems and the Oracle Db, monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting. The system used the Genesys platform, which is managed in collaboration with the EDS-Italy and Eni-ICT systems.Management of several other Call and Contact Center systems such as the 1288 Telephone information Service, San Raffaele Hospital in Milan, Mediaset (Media shopping and Striscia la notizia).System management of such systems based on Microsoft platform with different Windows 2000/2003 servers and Avaya and Alcatel telephone exchanges. Working in a team I dealt with the aspects of ordinary and extraordinary management, change, implementations and strategies for backup and redundancy
