Creating of Minimum & Maximum stock of each item by making vital essential desirable (VED) analysis. •Report compilation of implemented maintenance management tools like ENMS, FMEA, RCA, 5S .SHE (Safety Health &environment): SHE Tool Box talk. Handling sulfuric Acid tank leak hazard. Conducting firefighting training to fight with fires by DCP & CO2& Fire housel .Near miss report prepare for identification of accidental area . MAJOR MODIFICATION CARRIED OUT•Fan damper modification & auto greasing system installation.•Coal feeder COC chin scraper modification.•ESP blower interconnection modification piping.•Service air dryer auto drain modification.• Service air header interconnection phase 1 & 2•Coal feeder seal air valve modification.•HCSD area GEHO pump inter connection & charge pump interconnection.•ESP & FF conveying line flushing point modification.
