• Reporting to CFO ensuring compliance of Accounting, Taxation, and co-ordinate with external Auditors.• Preparation of consolidated financial statements, compare budget verses actual results and give suggestions with variance analysis in the reports.• Reports weekly to Management about SKUs activated, discontinued, etc. in SAP database of all companies in the group.• Actively participated in SAP data validation transferred from MYOB, Quick Books and Microsoft Access for group companies. • Report on Inventory Ageing and Cost centre analysis.• Liaising and negotiating with Insurance agency for management and assets insurance of the companies.• Managing documentation, working papers, and supporting for liaising with external Auditors in Australia.• Assets and Inventory Stock takes, reconciliation and revaluation.

I started as an accountant and progressed to the Financial Accountant for the group of companies. The company had 6 persons in accounts and 22 persons in sales and marketing.
