JOB PROFILE -•Overall responsible for shift operations of casting.•CCM operation & process control including rejection, operating parameters, consumable control.•Inoculation adjustment & control on metallographic properties.•Mould condition monitoring, ladle & hopper condition monitoring, Runner, joint & Fall chute condition monitoring •Maintain hopper to hopper hot liquid metal distribution with liquid metal temperature require and check liquid metal composition also.•Responsible for shift wise log sheet management, maintained hourly production report.•Manpower management.•Achieve weight gain.•Rejection analysis.•Raw material consumption.•Housekeeping maintain at all machine and hot zone CCM area.
