➢ Preparing daily basis outward/ inward Challans. ➢ Receiving Purchase Orders from Venders and planning for production for same. ➢ Preparing stock statement on monthly basis. ➢ Involving in physical stock taking in house as well as Labor job venders. ➢ Co-ordination on daily basis with directors for production planning of die casting & follow up for the same. ➢ Preparing on monthly basis Raw material reconciliation stock statement of tow die casting plant. ➢ Accounting of all venders & follow up for the payment. ➢ Preparing costing for all die casting aluminium items. ➢ Dispatch of die casted materials for machining & powder coating & follow up for the completion of given jobs to Labor job venders.

➢ Rate negotiation if necessary as and when delegated. ➢ Ensuring timely material as per KANBAN. ➢ Development of competitive venders. ➢ Preparing daily basis outward/inward Challans, M.R.N. and issue slip. ➢ Submission of daily stock report of “ A “ category items to the top management. ➢ Involved in physical stock taking in house as well as O.S.M. Venders and preparation of necessary report for the same. ➢ Preparing of consolidated stock statement on a monthly basis to be submitted to the Account Department. ➢ Preparation monthly S.F.G. reconciliation statement
