Responsible for preparing CBK Regulatory and statutory reporting. Monitoring and calculating regulatory ratios and collating information for Credit, market and operational risk required for reports under finance responsibility. Implementation of new regulatory reporting requirements as required by Central Bank. Submit to Central Bank Regulatory reports as per their schedule, ensuring their accuracy, integrity and timeliness, adhering to their periodicity.Co-ordination with external auditors for audit of the financials, tax consultant for filing tax returns and Kuwait Regulator on time to time and during inspection on yearly basis. Actively assisted the Branch management to prepare Annual Budget for submission to HO, and submit the budget to Central Bank of Kuwait, within the time period.Responsible for performing controls on sensitive accounts based on the Group’s controls framework. Ensuring all suspense items relating to finance are cleared in a timely manner and other departments were communicated on a timely basis.Co-ordinating for ICAAP, Stress test and IFRS 9 provisioning with Head office and submitting the same on time to Central Bank of Kuwait.Preparing monthly performance report for the management and Head Office.Managing vendor payments process after necessary approvals of all expenses. Monitoring Nostro Reconciliations and follow up with operations to clear the entries

Preparation of following reports for the Management and Business Heads: Monthly performance report division wise along with detailed commentary and variance analysis. Monthly Operating report along with detailed financial analysis of different products. Quarterly business reviews including financial forecast. Annual Business and Strategic plan including financial projections. Preparing customer wise profitability analysis giving portfolio view of each customers for Division Heads. Assist Relationship Managers by reviewing customer’s profitability projections for Executive Credit committee approval.

 To act as single point of contact in India for Transactions Banking Group Global (TBG) -Finance Prepare monthly performance report along with detailed financial analysis for submitting to Executive Committee Members at Head office of the Bank. Investigation and resolution of any queries raised by stakeholders Co-ordinate with CFO’s of various countries for variance analysis and writing detailed commentary in monthly report Prepare monthly score card report for Cash Flow Advisory division of TBG at group level, country level and Regional level Trained at the Headquarter of ABN Amro, Amsterdam for migrating the entire process of preparing reports for TBG
