Lead Project Cost Engineer responsible for a €420 million Ethylene, Propylene plant which is owned by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan, based at site in Sumgait, Azerbaijan. Initially located in Rome, Italy then relocated to site. The project includes the engineering, procurement and construction to revamp & modernise the existing Ethylene / Propylene plant. Responsibilities include preparing project coding structure for interface between PCMS & SAP, estimating, cost control, forecasting, cash flow projection, Material trend analysis, Progress Reports, Invoicing and payment reconciliation, manage the integrated change control process to ensuring proposed changes are assessed / reported against the approved scope/schedule/cost baselines, including timely presentations to the Client to obtain approval/rejection.
