(Monthly National movement from Nasik area is approx. 1200 tonnes) Streamlining the Primary movement of the National products from Maharashtra.  Analyzed the ongoing primary & secondary movement of Pune & suggested them to spare a vehicle for the Mumbai to Pune daily movement (outsourced vehicle from market was doing this movement) there by saving approx. Rs.4500 – Rs. 6000 per day. Streamlined the primary movement for Mumbai, Pune & Nasik. To analyze effectiveness of current primary movement & take corrective action in case required.  Defining key performance parameters for Operations and for Inventory. Generating daily stock report for further sourcing planning. Generating fortnightly report of consumables.
