Responsibilities and Workflow:Budget Creation and Verification:Develop a detailed budget by verifying cost templates for various services.Ensure the budget aligns with the SOW, capturing all anticipated expenses and resources.Project Execution Post-PO:Initiate project work upon receiving the PO.Ensure all customer-specific requirements are addressed within the Centiro platform capabilities.Assume the role of Project Owner, responsible for overall project management and progress tracking using Agile Sprints.Architecture Design:Design the project architecture considering customer requirements and existing Centiro product workflows.Ensure that changes are made in a way that minimizes disruption to other customers.Balance between generic changes that enhance the platform for all users and customer-specific modifications.Task Assignment and Development:Break down the project into manageable work items and assign these tasks to the development team.Provide detailed instructions on what needs to be changed and the specific areas of the codebase to be modified.Oversee the work spanning frontend, backend, and database operations (CRUD – Create, Read, Update, Delete).Testing and Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing of the changes in the Centiro local environment.Ensure all functionalities work correctly and that there are no adverse impacts on the Centiro platform.Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the customer to validate the changes against their requirements.Ensure that the updates maintain the integrity and authenticity of the Centiro product.Live Support and Incident Management:After UAT, support customers in the live environment to track changes and ensure smooth implementation.Provide incident management support to the customer to address any issues promptly.Invoicing and Financial Tracking:Create monthly professional and transaction invoicing to maintain clear financial records and accountability.
