First and foremost, I love writing code. Ever since writing my First program in C language and manipulating it to produce desired output. I have been obsessed with the idea of using software to solve practical complex problems. Software engineering provide me platform of never ending puzzle and I am passionately engaged in solving. I strongly believe in power of programming to transform and improve the lives of peoples around the world. Paresh began his career by being placed in Weapons and Electronic System Engineering Establishment (WESEE), Ministry of Defense Organization as Software Engineer.  As a fresher recognize by naval personal to develop C++ application for simulation testing which was developed from scratch and completed in very limited time. In total 3.5 years of experience in WESEE He played various roles in software development activities like requirement gathering by visiting naval station, document the requirements, spikes for new requirement, design and coding, unit testing and finally deployment and field testing of software in naval fields.  Single offhandedly responsible for fixing field defects. Sometimes he had fixed very critical defects that require aircraft's flying and simulating the live data of various radar interfaces. Currently he is working at John Deere as a Technical Lead. His roles and responsibilities are analyzing new requirements and prepare high level design by performing spikes.
