Resolved technical problems and assist in applying new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts. 7. Reviewing product defining process documentation data pack (including flow charts, FMEAs, control plans, and process check sheets) for completeness in conjunction with product development and QMS requirements.8. Improved machinery safety to 80% by conducting machinery risk assessments to standard ISO 12100 and implementing concepts in line with European machinery directive 2006/42/EC. 9. Led process and PUWER (provision and use of equipment regulations) risk assessments for NPI and new machinery introduction.

Responsibilities and Role 1. Lead, participate in or support the following product development activities:- Concept, planning, design and execution stages of major new products or product enhancements,- Risk assessment- Prototyping and testing concept designs and initial engineering builds- Pilot Production- Design reviews- Product verification testing- Product validation and usability testing- Pre-production2. Assist in project planning and provide mechanical design leadership in project execution.3. As a member of multiple cross-disciplinary teams, create and release Product Requirements, Design Specifications and Design Descriptions for assigned projects, as required by applicable standards and internal procedures.4. Research design options and perform experiments to determine potential design feasibility.5. Review product documentation for accuracy including documentation intended for customer use.6. Evaluate product non-conformances and recommend engineering modifications.

Responsibilities and Duties1. Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products. 2. Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production. 3. Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production. 4. Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages. 5. Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for continuous improvements. 6. Develop operating instructions SOPs and equipment specifications for production activities. 7. Investigate problems, analyze root causes by using 5 core tools and derive resolutions.
