Major Responsibilities:• Working with the assigned Advertising Agencies simultaneously hunting for the better agencies, executing and managing the execution of the communication programs critical to the success of internal and external Branding & Communications plans.• Managing Celebrity (Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Oberoi & Vivek Oberoi) for the company.• Planning & Executing the Photo shoot of Celebrities, Models & Products for Catalogue, POS & other Communication material.• Managing and executing programs and projects to assure that deadlines are met, that budgets are adhered to, and that outcomes meet the established program and project objectives.• Making the Marketing Plan and executing & ensuring the effective integration of internal communications, external communications and freezing the size and layout of the Visual Merchandise for outlets adhered to the budget.• Negotiating with various agencies for the better deal and thereafter getting it approved from the Director.• Planning & executing all the ATL & BTL activities.• Serving as a one point contact for Brand & Communications for all the external and internal agencies and other brand related issues.Key Accomplishments:• Plan and Executed Apsara Awards ‘12 Contest (Purchase Donear Fabrics n Win a chance to Meet n Greet with Celebrity) in HSM Market. The 55lacs sales thru contest achieved in span of 25days contest.• Launch Cotton Fabrics in Exhibition Infashion 2012, Got appreciation for Product Display as well as stall Layout, Mar-Nov’12 the turnover of cotton fabrics is approx 25crs.• Successfully planned n executed campaigns, which increase the sales by avg.13% growth against the Textile industry 9% growth year-on year.• Planned, Designed & Execute Fashion Show with the Film ‘HOUSEFULL 2’ star cast.• Me and my designer styled & designed wardrobe of Models, TV Anchors, Suresh Oberoi & Vivek Oberoi for catalogue shoot, TV shows, News Anchor.
