I also led the transformation of its telepharmacy services accelerating the organization’s YOY growth by 20%. As the Senior Vice President of Healthcare Operations at Walmart, I was able to achieve a 94% Customer Satisfaction rating across all 650 locations in 13 states, far exceeding all company expectations. Internally, I raised employee engagement scores from 51% to 73% across 12K employees and among my 9 direct reports, I experienced an increase from 64% to 91% satisfaction. As the Vice President of Retail Pharmacy and Optical Operations, I created a nationwide compliance and audit program that increased our company’s pass rate from 82% to 97%. I also mentored 12 former direct reports resulted in them receiving Director level promotions or higher within the organization. Outside of work, you can find me taking in a basketball game, walking through a forest preserve, and volunteering at my mandir (religious temple). A little-known fact is that I am an ice cream fanatic and can’t sleep without a scoop or two every night.
