Career transition to professional real estate entrepreneur in Jan 2009. Attended Robert Allen's Enlightened Wealth Institute 3-day foreclosure workshop in late Jan 2009. Attended Robert Kiyosaki's Wealth Intelligence Academy (WIA) 3-day Learn to be Rich training class in mid-Feb 2009 and attended 2 more Advanced training classes from WIA (Wholesaling and Advanced Foreclosures) in summer 2009. (3) rehab, via outsourcing, 12 SFR per year for avg profit of $50K per deal (earned income) and use lease-to-own options for buy-and-hold strategy to acquire more up-front cash and PCF per month. Cash goal is $50,000 per year (passive income). (4) Move into bigger CRE deals with JV and business credit partnerships using RE syndication by acquiring student housing for passive income cash flow and equity appreciation (financial wealth). (5) Work with Kenny Rushing's mentor/coaches and Peter Andrews' DreamBuilder Network to buy and sell 2nd mortgage lien notes. (6) Joined Mike Dillard's The Elevation Group to quickly build and protect the best asset classes (precious metals, energy and other commodities) against coming inflation and interest rate hikes. (7) Be financially rich by 2018 (B quadrant) & have financial wealth (I quadrant) by 2021.
