Solving challenges related to agriculture products' traceability

Wasoko enables informal retailers to order products at anytime via SMS or mobile app, and receive free same-day delivery to their store. At Wasoko I represent the business teams in the product cycle and lead prioritisation of clear use cases as well as communication of the product strategy.

- Interfacing with Andela partners to understand their business, goals and visions for products being supported by an Andela Team- Performing high quality work that not only meets the need of Andela partners, but surpasses it.- Prioritizing the work that the team is responsible for to ensure that one is always working on the highest value work that helps the partners to meet their objectives.- Working with teams to decompose high level stories into smaller, specific tasks and provide high level design support to help understand how to solve specific coding challenges.- Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that the work delivered is in accordance with the technical standards of the partner

Act as a Lead Technical Engineer for large scale implementation project while creating and maintaining project plans, status reports, checklists, as well as technical and user documentation. Lead technical liaison with clients (Banks, Mobile Network Operators (MNO) & Merchants). Interact with client contacts and Technical Account Managers to implement successful technical projects.

Responsible for digital payments software design by estimating effort and time required to complete a task, analyse and critique requirements and make recommendations on possible solution designs, contribute towards establishing all possible options for designing and deriving the best solutions. Assist in continual improvement of software configuration management process.

Responsible for identifying customers software needs, design/implement software and support the team by organizing them to ensure that the product will be delivered on time and meeting requirements.
