Project manager for international IT projects built on a no-code Bubble platform.

Working as a part of a product implementation team alongside tech specialists our role was to integrate a modern tool to systemise and optimise some of the processes in a large manufacturing facility.My role as a project manager was to marry tech with the current processes and logistics of the company, which involved:- identify the needs and goals of the new service implementation; - get acquainted with the current processes in the company;- identify the weak spots and what could be improved;- once identified prepare an implementation plan;- gather all parties from both receiving and implementing and assure that they are on track with goals and potential implementation outcomes and processes updates;- prepare a plan for implementing and integrating the service into daily routine, prepare an onboarding plan for all parties involved;- conduct a series of sessions to onboard the future management team and those who would be using the service on daily basis;- implement and provide assistance on all stages of transition process to guide and assist in the process- monitor the tool and it's users progress, receive feedback, plan new updates within the service's roadmap.The project ended up being integrated and used on the facility by all the stakeholders and in the first 6 months only has improved the main target areas, which has influenced positively the work process for the entire facility, assuring less downtime and recording all issues along the way to assure they would be recorded and handled down the line.

As a manager in business growth and company processes my main responsibilities were establishing new business relations, developing, integrating, monitoring and adapting new business processes, marketing campaigns and customer relationship as well as corporate culture to build a more long term and solid business entity, that can later on take on the new practices and benefit from them on day to day basis.
