I'm a Partner in BCG's Principal Investor & Private Equity (PIPE) and Climate and Sustainability practices. My PIPE practice focusses on helping investors formulate their fund strategy and optimize their operations (e.g., asset class strategy, net zero strategy, approaches to portfolio value creation, operational and organizational transformation incl. technology). My climate practice focusses on working with investors and corporates to invest in and accelerate green businesses, and unlock new financing tools or blended finance mechanisms to increase capital flow into climate (including nature based solutions). In addition to my strategy advisory work, I've served as the acting CEO of a climate tech start-up (carbon markets) backed by BCG and a leading global institutional investor. More generally, I'm deeply passionate about building high-performance teams that advance social good through innovation and rethinking the art of the possible. Key causes that I'm focused on are supporting climate tech companies overcome valleys of death and facilitating market incentive alignment to invest in climate infrastructure, as well as supporting socio-economic mobility.In my former life, I was a partner at a boutique corporate finance & M&A law firm where I led 30+ venture capital/debt and M&A deals. I also served as corporate counsel to several start-ups who I advised from seed to series A/B/C funding rounds and eventual exit. My accomplishments as a lawyer have been recognized both by my peers as well as my clients with Martindale-Hubbell ranking me an AV® Preeminent™ Lawyer and providing me with Client Champion Gold status.
