I'm responsible for leading the organization in research for new products, product enhancements and product redesign. I evaluate the potential and practicality of products in development and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

- Define the Design strategy and roadmap including resourcing- Oversee the whole Design function: visual styling, user experience research and design for the entire product offering- Collaborate and communicate with the rest of the leadership team- Work closely with the development team, to ensure that new product development and your design direction blend efficiently

Research about user behaviour of SabaIdea's projects and improve the user experience of products.- Understand product specifications and user psychology- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs- Find creative ways to solve UX problems- Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers- Keep up-to-date of competitor products and industry trends

Overseeing of product development life cycle.

- Planning what work needs to be done, when and who’s going to do it- Motivating the team of people involved in the project- Making sure the project is running on time and to budget- Making sure the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits
