Project Manager
Current- Responsibilities:
- Organizing a project team to perform work, managing the time, and achieving the commitment to the project also make sure that the team’s moves along in accordance with the plan.
- Controlling time and management to make a good impression on clients, dev team and partners. Negotiating achievable deadlines and discussing the same with the team to develop a project such as objective, process.
- Monitoring and tracking the status of projects to see how much job is done and if it is being done as expected. Also create the project status report for update with clients.
- Managing any necessary changes, validating, and controlling the scope of the project, controlling the quality of deliverables.
- Scheduling regular meetings and preparing the meeting objectives agenda to communication and update project status with client and team.
