Leading product led growth go-to-market (self service), core platform (including iOS and Android mobile apps, reporting, integrations), and talent product strategy (HR Information system, performance management, employee engagement, and more)

• Running the Zenefits Human Capital Management (HCM) team whose ownership spans the iOS & Android mobile apps, third party developer platform, and growth initiatives for Zenefits overall, along with the core HR software.• Leading a global team of product managers, designers, and copywriters spanning San Francisco, Tempe, Vancouver, and Bangalore.• Helping drive the triple digit YoY SaaS revenue growth for Zenefits, including launching product lines that are on track to drive 7 digit ARR numbers in year one of being in the market. • Previous Titles: Director of Product Management - HCM, Director of Payroll Product

• Built the Zenefits Partner Integrations Platform. Launched the first version with 17 industry leaders including Google, Salesforce, and Slack. Round 2 included industry leaders like Asana, Box, and brought 401(k) support to SMBs through market leaders like Principal Financial Group. Many more to come. • Built the Zenefits Affordable Care Act (ACA) product from scratch to help small businesses address their benefits needs regarding the new ACA legislation. The product is one of Zenefits' primary sales drivers and has been demoed to the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as a prime example of how technology can enable public policy.

• One of a select team of 5 PMs incubating what’s next for Windows • Looking a couple of years ahead of the product team to explore intrapreneurial areas that push the limits on what is possible in our operating systems by creating breakthrough experiences for Windows, Windows Phone, and new hardware form factors

• Designed and built the search experience in the Windows 10 Tech Preview Start Menu, enabling it as a revenue stream that offers functional value to users• Pioneered A/B testing support within Windows by building the data analytics and result personalization platform for Windows Smart Search • Led the effort to support UI flighting in Windows query formulation, enabling features that drove up user click rate satisfaction by > 14%• Designed and built the Multimedia Search experience in Windows Smart Search• Drove ecosystem monetization strategy for the Windows Shell with hardware partners (e.g. Dell, Lenovo) and mobile operators (e.g. AT&T, Orange)• Received an award from the VP of Windows Product Management as part of the team that drove the Windows 8.1 public disclosure demo event

• Organizational behavior research with Dr. Adam Grant at Wharton where we helped a Fortune 500 tech company strengthen its employee giving program - Conducted interviews and data analysis on how corporate social responsibility influences employee engagement and retention• Psychology research study on “The Politics of Happiness - Hypotheses on How Ideology Can Impact Views on Happiness”
