One year later he was made the Consulting Manager and managed relationships with senior client stakeholders. Along the way ensuring customer satisfaction and strived for customer delight making difficult decisions around projects and client delivery. Gaurav was part of delivering solutions on the Sprint Digital Transformation team. Working with the key client stakeholders at Sprint to understand the business needs and proactively ensuring positive financial outcomes across the cross-functional platform and experience teams. Gaurav was part of leading the Waters Transformation team. Working with the key client stakeholders at Waters to understand the business needs globally and providing solutions across the cross-functional needs of strategy, platform and experience teams. Gaurav has been working in advertising industry for over seventeen years. He brings in-depth knowledge across different technologies and has a deep understanding of the client business model, ability to refine and articulate project objectives to team members and is most responsible for ground level project execution. He received his Bachelor of Science in computer science from University of Missouri-Kansas City, and has previously worked at PlattForm Advertising, Digital Advertising Group and MMG Worldwide.
