Responsibilities:- Manage team of 8 developers, including 6 off shore developers.- ServiceNow architect and technical lead for new feature roll outs and development efforts.- Responsible for design and oversight of ServiceNow platform integrations. Experience implementing integrations using SSO, LDAP, JDBC, JMS/TIBCO, SOAP, REST interfaces.- CMDB technical lead responsible for designing data models and implementing integrations with different sources of data including external discovery tools and in house data stores.- Collaborate with partner teams to design and implement custom ServiceNow Discovery probes.Projects:- Company Property Review: An application to perform annual review of IT assets thought out the company. It resulted into a million dollar cost savings in 2014 and targeted to save $3 million in 2015.- IT Asset Management: Functional and technical lead for implementation of hardware and software Asset Management globally at Qualcomm. Extended the Asset Management module to implement hard drive tracking system which tracks the entire lifecycle of a hard drive starting from when a PO is initiated until the time it gets shredded.- ServiceNow Discovery: Implemented agent less discovery of corporate IT server farm, and developed custom probes to discover Oracle applications to assist with compliance.- CMDB: Played a key role in the initial role out of the CMDB in the ServiceNow platform, which included designing the data model, architecting the strategy for reconciling data from multiple different sources including external discovery tools and in house data source and integrating change management into CMDB..
