Worked on Sorbet, a type checker for Ruby

• Created a plug-in to show user data in the customer support tool, which reduced the ticket response time• Implemented various queries and mutations in a new GraphQL API, as needed for plug-in• Developed various UI flows in the Sitter.com mobile app, including In-App Purchases and search filters

• Used Python/Django and Java/Spring to implement APIs for syncing of grades from Top Hat to other systems• Used React and Backbone to implement various UI components• Paired with a senior developer to implement a SQL query that optimized an expensive query by 5x

• Worked on the core Pebble OS, adding features and fixing bugs, as well as extending the SDK• Added a API flow that allows Pebble apps to handle errors during voice interactions• Developed an app to visualize Health related data such as steps and sleep on the watch• Designed and implemented custom graphics algorithms as needed for the app UI

• Working on a JavaScript application that displays government financial data in intuitive ways using a variety of visualizations• Helped migrate the application from an older CSS framework to a newer framework based on Bootstrap 3• Independently developed a feature that allows for exporting of elements that are contain both HTML and SVG elements, such as D3.js graphs• Added a compression step to the build process, and decompression on the client side, which resulted in a decrease of 40% in data file size
