Managed the upgrade of five 1500kW Mitsubishi Generators along with replacement of Switchgear worth $15 million. Successfully completed the upgrade of BMS (Building Management System) infrastructure overhaul worth $4 million. Saved $500k in closing costs ahead of schedule by completing open Fire Department (FDNY) violations to the building. Managed upgrade of four 2-celled Cooling Towers with addition of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and four Sand Filters worth $5 million.
