At Exponential, I was deputed to streamline and run mobile product and operations from inception to execution of creative products, targeting solutions and campaigns, directly managing the creative, SDK teams and matrixed management of tech, sales, ad-ops, publisher services and campaign management, resulting in ~10M revenue in 1st year of operations.

In this role I managed a team of high skilled Media Managers to deliver some outstanding inventory and strategic partnerships with some of the largest publishers and advertisers in the landscape driving Exponential up amongst the top 3 digital advertising companies across SEA, MENA, APAC and LATAM.

Lead a team of over 200 inspired students to pull off the largest college festival of its kind that now enjoys a cult status. It is the only fest that is completely student driven, from fund raising to event management to security for over 10k people.
