Fatigue tests and simulations of Tata Steel Material Fe410 and German steel grades were performed. Root cause analysis between two materials were identified by combining simulation, tests and microstructure analysis.5. Friction stir welding process simulation was performed. Established methodology on weld bond diameter with manufacturing process parameters and different materials combinations6. Tube forming simulations was performed.
