Established methodology on weld bond diameter with manufacturing process parameters and different materials combinations6. Tube forming simulations was performed. Solutions was provided to the manufacturing plant for further modification and changes.

The technology we focus was Biomimetics. 2. Bio inspired engineered materials and structures are investigated for taking care of multifunctional loadings during service conditions.3. In order to design protective composite structures, two major classes of problems were studied. 4. Impact protection in the ramming of animals was investigated. 5. Layering in naturally occurring shells was studied. 6. The behaviour of these biological materials from micro to macro scale, are implemented to design the protective structure.
