I also focus on maintaining compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standards, including adherence to our ISO 9001 and ISMS 27001 certifications.Since our transition to a public limited company, I have been deeply involved in regulatory filings, such as the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) for listing on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Managing investor relations and ensuring transparency with stakeholders is a key part of my role.I work closely with various departments to optimize cost management and improve profitability, including evaluating cost versus revenue for resources deployed at client locations under the Time and Material (TnM) model.
