Reporting on department launch position and monitoring performance. • Never out of stock lines availability, conducting weekly reviews of products at line level in stores to ensure stock is flowing to target/sales forecast. • Monitoring department output, allocating and replenishing in line with forecast and position on supply chain. • Complete store visits, to evaluate the stores position and availability, integral especially after new phase launches and after event planning. • Attending weekly trade meeting with senior management.
