- Managed Offshore platform hull package including project segment management.

• Participate in the design development and modification of various products for new build, conversion, refurbishment, and upgrades to mobile offshore units.• Work with designers, technicians, machinists, welders, and other departments to perform DFM activities.• Responsible for the technical accuracy of all engineering project documentation, and adherence to project specifications and industry standards• Analyze product designs using mechanical engineering principles to improve manufacturability, quality and reduce cost• Responsible to provide solutions using problem solving and root cause analysis to product design or manufacturing related issues• Review dFMEA and pFMEA for all new/sustaining product projects• Work with cross functional team and coordinate project progress activities with all respected departments• Ensure project work scope completion with monthly status report in accordance with the project execution plan in budget.

• Designed subsea water jet and conventional cutting systems for use in decommissioning damaged or abandoned offshore oil platforms.• Perform Design calculations, FEA analysis, testing of parts and equipment with standard documentation.• Provide support for sales and operations, Review vendor quotes and ensure project completion.
