I head a team of English curriculum developers to create content for non-native English speakers across multiple regions. Additionally, I am responsible for leading learning design efforts, including conducting trials and creating strategies for new products.

At Shyamchi Aai Foundation, I managed the career guidance program in five states. I developed a battery of psychometric tests in collaboration with leading psychometrists from the Savitribai Phule University, Pune which was used to provide career guidance to more than 75 lakh grade 10 students.I also co-authored life skills textbooks in collaboration with Bal Bharati which was implemented as a compulsory subject in grades 9 and 10. I contributed to the development and implementation of an online teacher training program impacting more than 42,000 government school teachers in Maharashtra.

A Fellow at Teach For India is a part of the movement of driving towards ending Education inequity. I have been teaching Math, Science and Social Science in secondary classrooms over the last two years.

As an Assistant Brand Manager for Cafe Coffee Day, I was responsible for all national level branding strategies and communications for the company.

A key responsibility while managing Customer relations and Public relations for Cafe Coffee Day was to manage media and customer inquiries. I was also responsible for creating content for the in-house magazine.

I was a part of the Stock Loan Billing team in the Securities Department. The key role I played included reconciliation of the client's and the firm's bills for stock loan transactions.
