As PMO Supervisor at Nucleus Biologics, I oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex and cross-functional projects in the Cell and Gene media manufacturing space. I leverage my dual degree in Biomedical Engineering and Business from the University of Rochester, as well as my certificate in Project Management to effectively manage the technical, financial, and human relations of each project. My extensive research experience at companies in Boston and labs at the University of Rochester has led to contributions to multiple publications and patents on biomaterials, all of which were a critical part of my journey into the Cell and Gene Therapy space. I have developed strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, which enable me to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, optimize processes, and efficiently deliver high-quality results.
