Experienced Vice President of Marketing responsible for strategy and direct oversight of traditional and digital end-to-end marketing projects and campaigns for clients within the wealth management space. CFA Society Chicago is the oldest and 6th largest society under CFA Institute, a global association of more than 190,000 investment professionals. In addition to oversight and execution of all the Society’s marketing efforts (digital, graphic design, PR, event marketing, strategy and more), I led multiple IT projects including upgrading IT infrastructure, website redesign, database launches and upgrades, ecommerce integration and development of a digital library inclusive of the blog, podcasts and webcasts.

Worked on multiple projects including tradeshow coordination, sales proposals, new product development and development of a new website.

Built the marketing program from the ground with responsibilities including creating marketing plans, conducting SWOT analysis', developing strategic plans, preparing the annual marketing budget and working with senior executive team members.Working closely with the sales team, I assisted with sales presentations, bids, supporting the Shanghai office and coordinating the annual sales meeting. I was responsible for implementing the new CRM database and integrating the sales pipeline to track bid stages, potential customers and forecast future sales more efficiently.As the key contact for all tradeshows, I handled all aspects of tradeshows. This included assisting two other subsidiaries with tradeshows and cross branding. In addition to planning client events, I organized all internal company events. Additional marketing responsibilities included creating print ads, maintaining the product photo library, researching new market segments, preparing case studies and submitting press releases.

As the marketing coordinator, I handled registration and logistics for tradeshows including FABTECH, sales events and meetings for sales reps. Working closely with the director of national accounts, I assisted with pricing and proposals for catalog houses and created/updated spreadsheets for pricing and data analysis.Serving as the main point of contact for the graphic design agency, I assisted with scheduling meetings, creative workflow, maintaining the artwork and database and proofing and editing marketing material. Curious about new products in the pipeline, I contributed to product innovation and design by working with vendors and assisting with research which gave me a better understanding on how to market new items during product rollout.

Customer service and marketing coordinator responsible for assisting a team of 15 sales and service representatives while handling all marketing initiatives including coordinating all tradeshows, developing marketing material, assisting with advertising campaigns and handling training seminars.Additional responsibilities included fielding customer inquiries, balancing communication with clients, field service technicians, sales representatives and securing logistics for the entire team including upper management. As an additional resource for accounting, I was assigned to assist the department in collecting over $300k in past due accounts receivables.
