• Moderated and led the Pearson Engage 2023 & 2024 series; a week-long series of panel discussions and workshops with current upper-year students, professors and educators to inspire incoming undergraduate students and help them become successful in university.• Led Women in STEM series with several Pearson educators in which women-identifying university professionals share their experiences in a recorded interview made available for all students around Canada to view.• Create visually appealing social media material (i.e. Instagram reels, Youtube Shorts/Videos, testimonials, etc.) that target student engagement with past media posts reaching over 5K views.• Write informative and engaging blog posts that resonate with higher education students and are shared with the Pearson Higher Education Official Blog. • Presented at 2 COMM 1BA3 lecture sections (100+ students) to run through registration for required Pearson technology and answer any/all questions.

• Work in a team of ~20 age-ranged individuals across Brampton, North Etobicoke, West Woodbridge and Malton.• Meet once a month to discuss various priorities and projects of the Central West Ontario Health Team, such as Caregiver events at local hospitals.• Provide a highly effective and meaningful forum for shared leadership and decision-making amongst patient/client, family, caregivers and CW OHT Partners.• Make recommendations based on the needs of the broader community versus individual self interests.

The Significance of Bone Marrow Lesions in Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Tears: A Systematic ReviewLead: Nima Behravan (MD Candidate)Our research focused on examining the effects and implications of bone marrow lesions (BMLs) associated with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tears. We analyzed the size, location, and type of BMLs to understand their relationship to the injury and potential impact on recovery. • Competed at the 2024 National Indicium Research Conference.

HELP is an award-winning volunteer program proven to enhance senior's physical, emotional and social experience during their hospital stay and prevent patient confusion and progressive weakness.• Provide specialized and direct support and care to elderly patients in the ACE unit, engaging in multiple activities to prevent delirium and functional decline (eating, walking, journaling, etc.)• Report health of each patient to nurses and doctors, as well as inputting it into computer systems.

The COVID CommUNITY South Asian Study at the Chanchlani Research Centre: Investigating Vaccine Access, Immunogenicity, Effectiveness and Safety among High-Risk Populations (South Asian)Leads: Dr. Sonia Anand (PI), Sherry Zafar and Farah Khan• Conducted site recruitment and gathered participant data through surveying, interviews, phone calling and dry blood spot collection/testing (DBS), all while ensuring precision and thoroughness.• Maintained organized and detailed records of research activities including data sets, research notes and methodological procedures using REDCap while protecting participant confidentiality.• Collected and properly stored away dry blood spot samples with correct labelling and categorization.• Actively followed good clinical practice (GCP) guidelines with lead researchers both in the office and during recruitment activities.
