My primary responsibilities on a daily basis include, answering calls professionally which provide clients or candidates with the relevant information, Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, dealing with all inquiries. Following up to ensure that appropriate actions have been taken on Clients requests. I also provide online training of our All-in-One Recruitment Platform to New & Existing Clients.As an Account Manager I play a critical role in providing an interface between customers and the client company. Therefore I make sure my communication skills are always of a high standard as well as my ability to listen and understand client or customer needs and act accordingly. I also handle pressure with ease in a fast paced industry.My personal attributes include Singing and dancing and I also have a passion for languages in which I speak Fluent Spanish.
