In my role as Associate Director | Department Manager - Sydney North, I was responsible for leading the Real Estate Management Services team, ensuring strong relationships with both new and existing clients, and equally developing a strong team culture. The team was comprised of 11 property and facilities management professionals, who collectively managed a portfolio of over 350,000sqm of office, industrial and retail assets and over 450 tenants.I also directly managed a portfolio of A-grade office & retail assets, conducting property onboarding, regular inspections, leasing campaigns, monthly accrual accounting, renewal negotiation, facilities management, delivering sustainability initiatives (NABERS Waste), building community events and ensuring excellent tenant & landlord feedback at all times.
