I perform data management of all licenses, certifications, and educational components of our clients’ record, which requires speed, a high level of detail and accuracy. I'm responsible for research, verification, and auditing records and documentation through various sources. Providing a high-level customer service to our clients on a case-by-case basis, by resolving requests, questions, and issues through our Service Now database, email and phone. I effectively manage associates’ pertinent and confidential information within the PeopleSoft System. I also implement the PEGA automation process within the LCE Department which has doubled the efficiency of document processing within the department. Show less
