Comprising four distinct programs (Accelerator, Urban Tech, Growth and New York Venture Fellows) across 100,000 square feet, GCT is a vertically-integrated community of more than 100 of NYC’s top early-stage companies and founding teams. As the Director of Strategic Operations, I served as the liaison between our community of 250+ startups and building management to provide maximum flexibility for growing teams. -Developed, coordinated, prepared, and implemented project plans to support the organization’s initiatives designed to improve operations and streamline growth plan -Established project timelines, prepared budgets for resources required for successful implementation of initiatives, and monitored results to ensure goals were met -Engaged appropriate constituencies to identify technology and real estate needs -Documented business requirements for enhancements to existing systems and new applications; prioritized and communicated business needs to co-founders and advisors-Managed the successful rollout of new technologies and processes, including the development of testing and training plans and materials

Worked closely with developers and design teams including marketing, advertising, interior design, architecture, and management firms. -Advised on pre-development planning and design, market research, and pricing-Consulted on the pre-construction phase and provided continued support in the development of marketing strategies and their implementation-Advised on amenity plans, renovations, and branding for building repositionings-Updated pitch decks and designed field agent materials and presentations-Managed digital marketing initiatives and reviewed analytics to make recommendations on new campaigns and ad spend-Managed onsite sales teams across 5 luxury properties

Milstein Properties is a multi generational Manhattan based real estate company that has developed over 20 million square feet of office space and 50,000 residential units. Grand Central Tech Accelerator and Build Grand Central Coworking are the company’s newest projects focused on enhancing diversity in tech and providing innovative workspaces for growing tech companies in Midtown Manhattan. During my time in this position I handled operations and sales for our coworking space Build as well as provided the space with a branded identity. I worked closely with IT, telecommunications teams, interior designers, and building engineers to provide an efficient and flexible infrastructure to fit the needs of over 300 entrepreneurs and start up employees.
