• Responsible for driving new and existing Enterprise business in SoCal (Greater Los Angeles Area) for North America's Field Sales team.• Prospecting for new business opportunities with BDR reps and Partners across SoCal. • Managing 30+ Enterprise customer relationships between Freshworks and West Coast based clients across multiple verticals. • Lead cross functional team with representatives from Solutions Consultants, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure clients receive effective support during their adoption of new functionality and optimization. • Manage all aspects of new sales, upsell, and retention through relationship management, prospecting, and customer growth.

• Consult with fast growing VC/PE backed software and technology companies across California, Arizona, and Washington achieve their business goals leveraging the NetSuite platform • Partner with C-Level Executives to execute software evaluations, pricing negotiations, and future roadmap requirements • Create ROI use cases and Joint Execution Plans with clients to establish accountability and streamline sales cycles.

Accounts Payable: Efficiently processed vendor invoices and sustained an up-to-date system.
