• Oversees day-to-day chapter planning, management, and operations• Collaborates with the Executive Board to establish and maintain a balanced calendar of events• Maintains an accurate chapter roster• Arranges for attendance to be recorded at all meetings, events, programs, and trainings• Submits chapter documentation as required by the National Office• Establishes and maintains internal Chapter Point System

- Manage the creation and submission of the chapter's budget- Determine the cost of dues each semester based on the chapter's budget- Create and implement a system of internal controls regarding the bank account and record keeping- Oversee the payment of all invoices for the chapter- Submit all charitable donations to the National Office following submission guidelines- Report and submit chapter financial statements quarterly - Maintain chapter's tax-exempt status- Manage the chapter's bank account
