For the past few years, I have been helping people develope their idea into a clear concept, a strategic plan and finally realizing the plan (and I love it!). By providing the right sidewheels, new connections, collaborations and new insights I have guided my clients to become successful project leaders and entrepreneurs. My creative toolbox exists of many different methods and ideologies such as Design Thinking and the Golden Circle by Simon Sinek. And yes I own an actual toolbox which I bring to my sessions so I can whip out anything needed to visualize the concept. I believe in the power of testing, evaluating, and improving as an ongoing process of every project. My experiences as a social entrepreneur, initiator and coordinator of many social projects with e.g. Municipality of Groningen have brought me closer to my natural ability of guiding others towards their aspirations.I love getting involved with and being a sound board for different projects and new ideas. By creating multidisciplinary teams, traditional social issues can be seen as opportunities for innovative, durable movements. I create a safe lab setting where you get to try out your ideas and learn how to develope them.
