I am currently working for 8 hours per week as Social Media Manager for the Nottingham, Leeds and Birmingham Kitty Cafes.The job requires posting 3 posts daily on facebook, twitter and Instagram. Engaging with customers through replying to and liking comments. Posting videos and coming up with engaging captions.

I currently volunteer at Cancer Research on a Monday as a retail assistant. Here I work on the till taking cash and card payments, do stock rotation, help in the stock room and serve customers from the local community.

As Business Engagement Officer for the Beeston BID I help to "Create a well promoted, vibrant and well managed town centre for customers, employers, businesses and investors"This is ensured by: - • Working closely with businesses discovering their needs, concerns and ideas and feeding back to the BID Board• Attending monthly board meetings, minute taking and reporting back business concerns.• Minute taking, brainstorming and effective problem solving with businesses in individual town centre zone meetings• Working alongside partner organisations such as Broxtowe Borough Council, GEM 106 and Nottingham University’s Student Union Group on projects and schemes to improve the town centre. • Engaging with the public and businesses through 3 social media sites• Showing businesses how to use Social Media to promote their business• Working on events such as The Christmas Lights Switch on 2012, Beeston's first Food and Drink Festival, Chinese New Year, and The Queens Jubilee.• Working with the City Council and NET during the tram works to support business needs and help to implement various schemes to help economic stability.
