I held the honor of helping build the inaugural aquatics program alongside the already esteemed APU Cougar Athletics Department. This included but was not limited to recruiting, facilities, establishing new brand partnerships and while supporting the Athletics Department in their compliance period for eligibility into the NCAA organization as a Division 2 university.Cougar Swimming - I was responsible for the periodization program design for sprint, middle distance and distance groups… Show more I held the honor of helping build the inaugural aquatics program alongside the already esteemed APU Cougar Athletics Department. I also designed the weight-training and dry-land conditioning programs.Dive Team - I designed the dry-land strength and conditioning program. Cougar Water Polo- I designed the weight training protocols as well as the dry-land strength and conditioning program.In the first 3 seasons as a swim program, we collected seven All-American finishes, multiple National Titles and took down a 22-year old National Record in the 200y Butterfly.
