Hustle MKTG is were I am contracted part-time (~10 hours a week) by the CEO to assist with social media management such as scheduling, content ideation, and monthly analytics. This experience is helping me develop social media platform and paid ad skills all while developing awareness to a variety of brands. - Manage social content schedules, monitor activity, and observe competitors to improve the client’s online experience. - Organize social media strategies such as, hashtag and engagement strategies resulting in an increase of 60 followers and 13% engagement rate from their target customer. - Collaborate with the design lead to develop on-brand social content and provide content ideation for client’s social media platforms that are relevant to current social media trends.- Present and share monthly analytics with clients to help them identify next steps and improvements which helps the client analyze growth in their company.

I was be placed as an intern by The BrandLab to assist Target and 3M. Our goal was to design two products and a campaign that will help drive the youth vote in Minneapolis/St. Paul, where 3M and Target’s connection to the local community is strongest.

I was placed by The BrandLab as an intern for Rise and Shine and Partners, a marketing agency in Minneapolis, MN. There, I assisted the Account Manager and created a mock brand strategy for Tony's Chocolonely. This experience helped me understand the different roles in marketing and the type of projects they achieve. - Organized, completed, and presented a mock go-to-market brand strategy for the snack brand, Tony’s Chocolonely. That received positive feedback from the agency. - Supported my Account Director by completing assigned tasks related to client work in digital and social channels.- Gathered and analyzed about 40 surveyor’s feedback and summarized results based on what attracted them to certain digital formats to include in a ‘survey results’ client presentation.- Provided assistance towards category and competitive research to uncover insights for brand portfolio development for the coffee brand, Bizzy Cold Brew.
