I headed up 16 Site Managers and 2 National Account Managers to reduce a layer of management, and rolled out Investors in People, improving the calibre of employees and quality of service delivery.Operations Manager - ISS Facilities Management 7mths from TUPE over from RCO then promoted to Ops Director.Following acquisition of RCO Support Services, major portfolio changes included widening coverage to South of England.Contracts included, John Lewis, MW Kellogg, GSK, BAE , Kodak, St Ann’s Shopping Centre, CSC Computers, Gillette, BA, One2One. I managed a turnover of >£5.3M, retained the BAE Systems contract, and overcame major issues on inherited contracts to secure business.
