Employer Data empowers ZipRecruiter to meet our employer's hiring goals. We are responsible for job data, classifiers and predictors, partnership integrations and APIs, campaign management including accounting, pacing, and budget fulfillment, and more. Our Taxonomy and Human-Labeled Data Set teams provide gold standard data sets and human evaluation of our ML models. Data Systems enables our internal engineering and analytics teams with the tools they need to succeed with big data including Jupyter Notebooks, an internal Experimentation platform, tools to manage the development, training, and deployment of ML models, and more.
