Hands on configuration of Manhattan WMOS systems. Participate in all phases of implementation and production support of applications and components in multi-technology, business-critical systems. Gather requirements and design the most accurate and efficient solution possible. Analyzing and re-engineering repetitive failed processes to drive out riskWork closely with development team to ensure that all have an accurate understanding of the solution to limit rework to the minimum. Maintain understanding of interface specifications and configuration options. Document requirements and solutions according to the business SDLC process. Work with Implementation and program management teams to transition new customer and development projects into normal day to day activities. Work to establish, maintain, and update strategy (methodology, processes, standards, tools, services) used in implementing supply chain systems.

Consultant to clients in connection with Manhattan Warehouse Management technologies to proactively troubleshoot and resolve more complex issues that arise post implementation involving supply chain software solutions for client specific modifications. Define client needs and develop plan for delivery of solutions. Perform detailed design for customer specific enhancements. Guide client through system implementation of additional functionality. Prioritize issues and projects. Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.

Obtain, enter, and maintain SAP master data (material masters, resources, bills of material, and recipes) for all Eisai US Plants within SAP, including the RTP Plant, the RTP Biogen Plant, the PM CFU Plant, the Baltimore Plant, and the Canada Plant. Creates correct data within the system which prevents master data from being a critical path element during launches. Support RTP Planners with day-to-day support for both SAP and JDA, if issues or questions cannot be resolved by the Planner. Assists Global Supply Chain department with Month to Date Sales, Forecast Accuracy, Finished Goods & Raw Materials Expiry Reports. Cross functional departmental interaction with various departments in all US sites for set up of SAP master data. Maintains MS Project Plans for new drug launches. Creates and maintains SAP and JDA master data to keep SAP & JDA current.Provide day-to-day support for global supply operations use of SAP and JDA supply chain systems. Troubleshoot SAP, Middleware and JDA data exceptions.

Apart of an Oracle Deployment team, deliver implementation services around Oracle’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications for Sonoco Rigid Paper Division in the Manufacturing, Purchasing, Shipping, Inventory, and Planning/Scheduling modules. Teach Oracle training classes for plant Buyers, Customer Service Representatives, Shipping Clerks and Raw Material/Finished Good Handlers. Make User Productivity Kits (UPK’s) for plant employees to aid in their training and simulate the live Oracle system. -- Aided in five successful Oracle implementations at five Sonoco Plants (Cincinnati, Norwalk, Jackson, Murfreesboro and Greenville) -- Areas of expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite include: Purchasing, Order Management, Shipping, Inventory and Pricing User.-- Support plant employees with their day-to-day transactions post Oracle go-live, identify problem areas to implement solutions.
