• The internship offered me the opportunity to gain broad experience in a demanding environment. I participated actively in decisions about asset allocation, providing me with skills to understand the dynamics of the global financial system.• I had to prepare on a daily basis reports about companies listed in Athens Stock Exchange, providing also forecasts about their financials and also target prices for these companies.• I was given the responsibility to create a plan of creating new Mutual Funds in Luxemburg and to create the budget and the first year forecasts of these funds. This project gave me the opportunity to explore the different types of alternative funds that can be created, AIFs (SIFs, SICARs, RIFs, Unregulated LPs) and provided me with skills of organization and communication in order to achieve the necessary goals.• I also had the opportunity to experience the recapitalization of the Greek Banks from the inside, since asset managers had an active and important role during this period.• Throughout my internship I also participated in the Investment Strategy Unit and the Economic Research departments
