Paris Picard is a dynamic partnerships leader and the founder/owner of Groove Consulting. With a decade of hands-on experience running GTM and Ops at high-growth SaaS startups, Paris has earned a track record of trustworthy and efficient leadership that gets things right the first time. Before launching Groove Consulting in April 2023, Paris was a Partnerships Lead for an international company, where she launched a Fraud Risk Management SaaS Solution that generated over $12M in the first six months. In previous roles, Paris oversaw a multi-million dollar portfolio, spearheaded successful product betas, and conducted international market expansion across several continents. Throughout her career, Paris has partnered hands-on with numerous startups and small business owners. Above all, Paris is passionate about delivering affordable, tailored strategies and solutions that achieve revenue growth and long-term success for small businesses. Paris holds a degree from St. Edward’s University and has earned several key business certifications. She is the director of Agency Allies, a community for agency owners to collaborate and grow. She is also a member of NAWBO, a moderator for RevGenius, and a Re: Work volunteer. In addition to her personal support for refugee resettlement and pro-environment programs, her company has assisted several nonprofit organizations such as Project SYNCERE, and Joy as Resistance.Paris is actively learning French and Greek and previously studied Japanese. She enjoys reading, cooking, playing chess, and skiing, and has conquered two-thirds of her goal to visit six continents.
