I'm really excited to tell you all about my time as a Finance Intern at Jindal Steel and Power Limited in Angul, Odisha!During my internship, I learned a lot about trade finance. I worked on projects involving Project Finance, Letters of Credit and Buyer's Credit. In addition, I learnt project management by working with multiple senior stakeholders. This not only helped me in understanding how global trade works, but also how big projects are run at firms of this size and scale. One key learning for me was related to quality assurance processes for sales and purchases . Doing this sharpened my analytical and data management skills. I can't wait to use what I learned in my next job. Thanks to my time at Jindal Steel and Power Limited, I feel ready for whatever comes next!
